The 2015 NFL Draft is still a few months away, but who ranks highest on Ryan Phillips’ Big Board this week?
The 2015 NFL Draft has what should be an absolutely loaded class. While it’s still months away from happening that doesn’t mean scouts and NFL execs aren’t fretting about getting their picks right.
On my last Big Board, Georgia running back Todd Gurley checked in at No. 10. Last weekend Gurley tore his ACL and will miss the rest of the season and likely most of the lead up to the draft. With that in mind and the uncertainty he faces, I had to drop him off my board for now. That, coupled with Melvin Gordon’s insane explosion against Nebraska provided a huge shakeup in my running back rankings.
While a few guys dropped off the board this week, while Ifo Ekpre-Olomu and Eddie Goldman made their debuts on the list. Guys like Randy Gregory, Leonard Floyd and DeVante Parker continued their rises as well.
Check out the rest of my list, with full scouting reports and rankings on the following pages.
