Baltimore Ravens vs. New Orleans Saints
The New Orleans Saints will host the Baltimore Ravens in a Monday night battle between two teams fighting for playoff position. Despite being just 4-6, the Saints remain firmly in the hunt for an NFC South title and a win here and an Atlanta Falcons loss this weekend would have New Orleans in sole possessions of the division’s first place.
On the other side, the 6-4 Ravens can’t afford to drop many more games as they are already behind the Pittsburgh Steelers and Cincinnati Bengals in the AFC North standings.

Keys to Victory
The Saints need to rely on their best player and let Drew Brees air it out in this one. The Ravens’ secondary has struggled this season (21st in passing yards allowed per game), so Brees and his receiving weapons should be able to carve them up. Defensively, the Saints will have to key on Ravens running back Justin Forsett, who has been running hard and having success lately.
For the Ravens, they’ll need to use a balanced attack. The Saints aren’t great at defending both the pass (24th in passing yards allowed per game) and the run (19th in rushing yards allowed per game), so a nice mix between Forsett handoffs and quarterback Joe Flacco drop backs would be ideal. On the other side of the ball, the Ravens have to do their best to bother Brees and prevent a big game from the star quarterback.

Prediction
This is a game between two fairly equal teams, which makes New Orleans the pick here, given their home-field advantage. Expect Brees and Co. to get the huge win they so desperately need.
