Because the Auburn football team couldn’t hold up their end of the bargain, Charles Barkley was forced to give his best rendition of the Georgia fight song Thursday night.

The Auburn Tigers suffered their third loss of the college football season last week when they were absolutely pummeled by the Georgia Bulldogs, 34-7. The loss guaranteed that the Tigers would be left out of the College Football Playoff and it also guaranteed that Charles Barkley would be publicly humiliated on national television.
You see, Chuck made a bet with his Inside the NBA on TNT host Ernie Johnson, and well, given that the Bulldogs were victorious over his school, he was forced to grab a microphone and belt out the Georgia fight song live on the air.
And good lord, it is “turrible.”
We’re all worse off for having listened to that, but it still may have been a lot better than watching Shaq try to eat a cookie off his head like we saw earlier that evening.
Maybe from now on Barkley will learn not to make bets on games Auburn is a bit iffy in. Remember, with the loss to Texas A&M, it has been determined that their regular season wizardry is no longer effective, so they’re not as sure of a bet as they used to be.
