‘Low Chance’ Arian Foster Suits Up This Sunday
Anyone looking to start Arian Foster on their Fantasy team this week will most likely have to look elsewhere this week.
Foster seems likely that he will sit out for a second consecutive game for the Houston Texans, and his third game total this season. Many people were worried how Foster would hold up after having season-ending back surgery last season. Foster has been banged up at times and missed some games this year, but surprisingly not because of his back.

Foster has been dealing with a nagging groin injury. Anyone who has played a sport in their lives will know that a groin injury is one of the most annoying and painful injuries an athlete could have. Especially for an NFL running back.
The Texans running back has played extremely well this season however, when healthy. Through eight games this season, Foster has rushed for 822 yards, averaging 5.1 yards per carry (YPC) and adding 7 touchdowns. He has also been effective in the passing game, grabbing 26 receptions for 229 yards and 3 touchdowns.
Alfred Blue has filled in respectfully for Foster when called upon. However, the way Foster has been playing so far this season it is a significant step down. Blue is averaging 3.8 yards per carry as opposed to Foster’s impressive 5.1.
With the Texans sitting at a 5-5 record battling for a playoff spot, and with a tough match-up against a pretty good Cincinnati Bengals defense, the Texans could really use a healthy Arian Foster sooner rather than later.
Never fear though Texans fans, you still have J.J. Watt.
