There was a shocking revelation during the Utah and San Diego State game from commentator Bill Walton. He revealed that he hasn’t showered in doors at his Arizona home for 35-years.
Now I’m pretty sure in the brief clip of the conversation below, that Walton is specifically mentioning at his home and Arizona, not just in general. Surely when he is on the road doing color commentary he showers indoor at his hotel room. I can’t imagine he’d possible be sitting next to these people on camera having not showered.
Still, that is impressive to say the least. When I was a kid growing up we would shower outdoors during the summer, and it would be kind of cold in the mornings and night, so it isn’t the most pleasant thing in the world always.
Apparently he lives in a teepee… this may or may not player a role in the lack of indoor showering.
