Little Lucic Fan Tries To Wave Him Down With Lucic Bear (GIF)
Young Milan Lucic fan tries to flag him down with a Lucic teddy bear
I’m not sure which part initially shocked me more — the fact that this kid’s parent is okay with her being a Milan Lucic fan, or that they sell adorable teddy bears wearing his number in the first place.

Either way, seeing Lucic in that close proximity to a stuffed animal gave this Bruins fan fond flashbacks to last season’s Behind the B, when Looch was shown being maybe the most giant parent in the entire world running around with his teeny-tiny daughter.
The fond flashbacks were certainly needed last night, though, as Boston fell in a 2-0 shutout to their historic rivals, the Montreal Canadiens.
Coming off a three-game streak of close wins for the Bruins, the team was ultimately unable to keep up with all their injuries and missed out on any and all scoring opportunities. Lucic and blue liner Dennis Seidenberg actually skated out wearing the ‘A’ as temporary alternate captains, because the only alternate on the ice was center Patrice Bergeron — in addition to left wing Brad Marchand (who has been placed on injured reserve), the team was short alternate captains David Krejci and Chris Kelly, and captain Zdeno Chara himself is still out on defense with a knee injury.
The Bruins held their opponents to only 23 shots on goal over the course of the evening, but a lack of scorepower ultimately left the team unable to rally in the third and bring home a single point.
