In the NFL, being listed as questionable means you can be anywhere from out to the healthiest guy on the field depending which team you play for. However in Minnesota Vikings receiver Greg Jennings case, it means he is expected to play.
Jennings has an injured rib and missed practice at the beginning of the week. He did return to practice on Friday. However head coach Mike Zimmer said on Friday he expected Jennings to play.
Jennings has 36 receptions for 463 yards and two touchdowns so far this season. With the Vikings almost out of the playoff race and three games back in the NFC North, they are a long shot to make the playoffs in any fashion. Without Jennings though, you take a major weapon away from rookie quarterback Teddy Bridgewater.
Listed as questionable, Vikings expect WR Greg Jennings to play against his former team today in Minneapolis.

Jennings had just one reception for four yards last week at the Chicago Bears, in a 21-10 loss. A win over the Green Bay Packers on Sunday can go a long way in keeping the Vikings in the playoff discussion. A loss all but assures the Vikings will be sitting home in January once again.
If Jennings does play though, the question is how effective will he be. As evidenced above, he wasn’t very effective before injury. Brdigewater and the Vikings need him on offense in a big way Sunday in a game against Jennings former team.
