Jacksonville Jaguars (+14) over Indianapolis Colts

The Jags are bad, and the Colts should be angry following a disappointing (and lopsided) loss to the Patriots in Week 11. However, more than 80% of the action on this game (per VegasInsider.com) is flowing on the side of Indianapolis, leaving only one rational explanation.

The sharps are on the other side.

We discuss this on a weekly basis, but fading the public is a simple concept, and one that is in play here. It is, unquestionably, not a pleasurable experience to “back” the Jaguars on the road, but two touchdowns against a team not named New England or Green Bay is simply too many points for any team in the league.

Jacksonville’s defense has proven to be frisky at times, but in the absence of “real” evidence to support picking them to keep this one close, we ride against the public.
