Dallas Cowboys at New York Giants
At first glance, it should be an easy win for the Dallas Cowboys, right? However, the Giants actually played well in Week 7 and had their chances to win the game. Dallas also has an awful habit of collapsing in December and while it’s not December yet, a loss here would make that potential yearly event much more damaging.
A divisional win is especially critical here since they see Philadelphia twice in the next five games, and Washington is always tough and beat them back in Week 8.
Chicago might not be a pushover either and we know Indianapolis won’t.
This game is far more critical than people are giving it credit for and the Giants will come to play.
The Cowboys will once again try to control things with DeMarco Murray and try to keep Eli Manning off the field, because they know the five interceptions against San Francisco were an outlier and that their own defense isn’t quite as tough.
The Giants defense has its own problems, so the Cowboys should be able to move the chains and get ahead.
They have to because the rest of the schedule looks tough.
