With Michigan not doing so well in football, it seems that the school may be looking for a new head coach and of course that means that Les Miles is already a favorite.

Les Miles is a former Michigan Wolverine football player, was a graduate assistant and the teams offensive line coach at certain points in his life, but hasn’t been on the staff since 1994.
That doesn’t mean the media or fans don’t think immediately of him as soon as the job appears to be opening up for the offseason. The Wolverines haven’t exactly had luck with their coach now, Brady Hoke, as the team has steadily declined in the win column since he arrived.
Now just about everyone is doubting his future with the program and a reporter asked Miles if he thinks he will be receiving a call from the team.
"“I have given little or no thought to any other jobs, and I am so comfortable with my team and doing what I’m doing,” he replied. “I do not read the paper. I certainly respect and love Michigan and wish them the very best.”"
Of course that was his answer. It’s not saying he wants the job and surely isn’t saying he doesn’t want it. That’s what all coaches do when their teams are in the middle of a season and we shouldn’t really expect any different. We’ve heard it already this year from guys like Bob Stoops and Mike Gundy, who were both put as top favorites for the Florida jobs.
Miles should be expected to stay at LSU as of right now but he didn’t actually say he was either, so speculation will be there.
