The New Orleans Saints can’t seem to win at all as they have seemingly lost their best defensive lineman, Brodrick Bunkley, to a torn quad, according to Ian Rapoport.

The Saints can just not find a way to win anything these days. After losing to the Balitmore Ravens 34-27 in last nights Monday Night Football matchup, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports they are probably going to lose someone else.

This is a excruciatingly painful blow to an already bad, and I mean bad, Saints defense. They currently rank in the bottom of the NFL, 27th, somehow after being in the top five last year.

Brodrick Bunkley is arguably their best inside defender, and although they are waiting on the MRI, the team is not holding out for any good news to come their way. He has split time with the other defensive tackles John Jenkins and Brandon Deaderick, picking up 17 tackles but no sacks. Now the Saints will be hoping that the second-year player Jenkins will pick up the slack after not improving from his promising rookie season.

This comes after the Saints also lost rookie receiver Brandin Cooks and starting saftey Rafael Bush for the season. Although they are 4-7, they still have a share of first place in the terrible NFC South with the Atlanta Falcons.
