For now, at least, there reportedly has been no contact between Oregon and Ohio State quarterback Braxton Miller, who will be looking for a new school after this season.

On the surface, the pairing of Ohio State’s Braxton Miller and the University of Oregon is an ideal fit, yet (for now at least) the two sides have yet to contact each other.
Reportedly.
Miller, whose shoulder injury cost him the season while opening the door for J.T. Barrett to lead the Buckeyes to the outer edge of the College Football Playoffs, will be a graduate transfer, which will allow the quarterback to play immediately for anyone. Right now, Auburn and Boston College are two schools that have been linked to Miller, but a source has said that neither he nor Oregon has initiated contact.
As of now, reports have suggested that Miller has every intention of returning to Ohio State next season. However, it’s kinda hard to imagine Buckeyes coach Urban Meyer will have an open competition for the starting job, as Barrett has rewritten the Ohio State and Big Ten single-season record book. The Buckeyes are only an early season loss to Virginia Tech away from being in the top four of the CFP poll.
Miller is a two-time Big Ten Player of the Year, so if he does decide to return back to Columbus, the onus would be on Meyer to find a way to get both Miller and Barrett on the field at the same time. If it works, the Buckeyes will be even more of a national title threat than they’re already slated to be next season.
