Purdue’s Kendall Stephens suffered a broken pinky on Wednesday night, and well, he didn’t seem all that bothered by the injury.

The Purdue Boilermakers are taking on the BYU Cougars on Wednesday night as the amazing day of college basketball rolls along here on the day before Thanksgiving. However, Purdue’s Kendall Stephens isn’t having the best night.

In the second half of the contest, Stephens suffered a severely broken pinky; and I mean this was about as severe as you can get (WARNING: You’re going to see it in about a minute here).

Naturally, you’d have to imagine that Stephens was screaming in pain as he looked down at the horror that was his finger nearly being separated from his hand. The agony must have been too much to take.

Well, not exactly. Because, apparently, Stephens is either the toughest dude on the planet or he’s downright sick because when he did look down, he smiled.

HE SMILED! Look, I’m not going to go into detail about what I would have done, but smiling is the last thing that I would probably be doing. But he may have been smiling because he knew that this was no big deal; it was an easy fix. Just pop that bad boy back in and move on.

Respect, Mr. Stephens. Respect.
