Brutus Buckeye Tries To Fight Michigan Players (Video)

It’s Rivalry Week in college football and Ohio State mascot Brutus Buckeye got into the festivities by trying to fight the Michigan Wolverines as they left the field following pregame warmups.

When it’s rivalry week in college football, there are always moments that will get fans pumped up or just flat out amuse the world. We already had such a moment in the Big Ten, as Ohio State mascot Brutus Buckeye tried to get into it with Michigan players before the start of the Big Ten rivalry this afternoon.
In true Rivalry Week fashion, Brutus Buckeye needed to be held back when the Michigan players were returning to their tunnel before Saturday afternoon’s game.

Given how much the Buckeyes and Wolverines dislike one another, there is a good chance that Brutus might actually be trying to fight the Wolverines.
Then again, this is why we love rivalry week as it serves as proof that the teams involved in this great weekend of college football really don’ like each other and keeping moments as light as we can makes the heavier moments even more intense.
