While the NFC is not nearly as crowded as the current playoff race in the AFC, there are still a number of teams who remain alive as we enter the final month of the season.
Sitting in first-place in the NFC is the Arizona Cardinals, who hold a league best 9-2 record, with the NFC East leading Philadelphia Eagles sitting in the No. 2 spot.
The other division leaders are the Green Bay Packers and Atlanta Falcons.
While the Falcons currently have a losing record, they hold the No. 4 seed in the postseason thanks to leading the way in the lowly NFC South. As things curently stand, the Falcons would be hosting the defending champion Seattle Seahawks in the Wild Card round of the playoffs.
