The college basketball AP Poll for Week 4 has been released and the Louisville Cardinals are once again a top 5 team.

We’re now entering Week 4 of the college basketball season, and on Monday, the latest AP Poll was released, with really no significant changes at the top.
Of course, moving to 7-0 on the season, Kentucky remains at the top in the No. 1 slot, where they should be for a good while heading into the new calendar year. This team stays looking like one of the best teams that we’ve ever seen assembled, so they might be the owners of the AP Poll for a bit.
The most significant change to look at in regards to the top of the AP Poll is the Louisville Cardinals taking over the No. 5 spot after North Carolina dropped their first game of the season last week in the Bahamas. Rick Pitino’s club is now 5-0 on the season, warranting the top five selection.
