By Jack Crosby
ESPN’s Lisa Salters didn’t really hold back on Monday night when she was reporting live on the scene of Dolphins-Jets.

The New York Jets will be hosting the Miami Dolphins for this week’s edition of Monday Night Football. Of course, this isn’t the most appealing match up for a prime time game, with the Dolphins and their 6-5 record squaring off against–well, the Jets.
Of course we’ll all be ready to admit that this match up on Monday night is not the best game we’ve seen all year, however ESPN, seeing as they’re the ones broadcasting this potential dumpster fire, will try everything they can to sell you this game as being something worthwhile.
Well, except reporter Lisa Salters, of course. She, um, didn’t get the memo about that.
While reporting for SportsCenter, Salters was talking about the miserable weather conditions that are currently on hand for the contest. Well according to Salters, it should be miserable there, weather-wise, because the game is miserable too.
Way to toe that company line, Lisa. You tell it like it is!
But hey, maybe we’re all the ones that are wrong. Maybe these two will surprise us with some good football viewing on a Monday night.
