Darren Rovell noted on Twitter that nearly 600 tickets are still available for $25 or less for Monday night’s game between the Miami Dolphins and the New York Jets in New Jersey.
If you have a hankering to watch the Jets embarrass themselves, Monday night might be your best chance. A recent perusal of StubHub reveals that people are practically giving away tickets to the game. The New York Jets host division rival Miami Dolphins on Monday Night Football and no one wants to go, so run, don’t walk to StubHub if you’re in the area because there’s a cheap NFL game to be seen.
There are more than 575 tickets on @StubHub for under $25 to tonight's MNF matchup -- Dolphins @ Jets. Unprecedented for NY/NJ game.

Now if this game was in a smaller market, 25 bucks might not be as big of a deal. But this is New York, where $25 barely gets you a hot dog and a drink, let alone admission to a game at MetLife Stadium. So go the struggles of the Jets though, who sit at 2-9 amid a disastrous QB situation and a defense unequipped to stop the pass.
The Dolphins are six-point favorites in this one and are hoping to stay alive in the AFC playoff picture while the Jets are hoping to regain a modicum of respect, even if such will be difficult in front of a half-empty stadium. All the better if the Jets lose though, as they are in a heated race for the top overall pick in the 2015 draft.
