The Michigan Wolverines cleansed themselves of Dave Brandon earlier this season and have now purged Brady Hoke from their system by firing him on Tuesday.
When Brady Hoke started to lose the fans in Ann Arbor, he had already lost his job. The Michigan Wolverines turned in another sub par season under Hoke and it has ended up costing him his job.

Hoke isn’t a mean or dislikable guy, he just didn’t win at Michigan at a time when he needed to. The Big Ten is on the rise once again and staples like Bo Pelini can no longer cut it the way they once did. The writing was on the wall for Hoke ever since he got blown away by the Minnesota Gophers at home in the middle of the season, and it was all downhill from there.
Fans took to Twitter to both celebrate and evaluate the firing of Brady Hoke, looking back at the time he spent there running the program.
Oh, wow. Brady Hoke got fired. This came out of everywhere.

Brady Hoke seemed like a nice enough guy. But you gotta win. Doesn't help that you once had a brazen disregard for your QB's head injury

I'm not going to celebrate Brady Hoke being fired but I will say it needed to be done. A good guy but you need to win. That simple.

I win Pac-12 Coach of the Year on the same day Brady Hoke gets fired #sweetirony
