It was clear that Roethlisberger was shaken up on the play, but there has been no word on the full extent of his injury.
While people were discussing the exact injury that Ben Roethlisberger may have suffered, there was at least one report that the Steelers quarterback may have broken his wrist.
Roethlisberger quickly put an end to that talk.
"Amid at least one report that Roethlisberger has a broken wrist, a source with direct knowledge of the situation contends that Roethlisberger is fine. Moreover, Roethlisberger has said that himself. And that’s an ironic twist for a guy with a history of publicly overstating his injuries."
Roethlisberger has been adament that he will be fine and that his injury will not have an impact on his throwing moving forward, so we will have to see whether that is the case when his team takes the field on Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals.
