No. 12-9

12. Ryan Tannehill – Miami Dolphins – Power Ranking Score: 251.9 (-1)

Tannehill and the Dolphins barely escaped from a run happy Jets attack on Monday Night Football. Give Tannehill credit though, he did finally lead a late game win after dropping several close ones. I still believe Tannehill has the potential to be an elite QB some day.

11. Russell Wilson – Seattle Seahawks – Power Ranking Score: 253.1 (+1)

Wilson is up one spot this week but remains just outside the top ten of these rankings. His legs have been a major weapon but his passing has left a little bit to be desired. Question, if the Seahawks hadn’t won the Super Bowl last season would people still see Wilson as elite?

10. Matt Ryan – Atlanta Falcons – Power Ranking Score: 267.1 (-1)

Matt Ryan slides one spot this week but still maintains a place in the top ten (and with a sizable 14 point lead over Wilson). I’m growing increasingly more aware of the fact that Ryan may not ever develop into a truly elite QB. That having been said, being the tenth best QB in the NFL still isn’t too shabby.

9. Joe Flacco – Baltimore Ravens – Power Ranking Score: 268.1 (+1)

Despite losing to the Chargers, Flacco is up one spot this week. The good news for Ravens fans is that Flacco seems to be playing a little more consistently. We all know from his red hot Super Bowl run that Flacco can heat up and carry a team at times. If he can just consistently play good football he should lead Baltimore back into the playoffs.
