Drexel had a really bad night on Thursday, becoming the first Division I basketball team to drop to someone from Division II.

Coming into Thursday night, Division I college basketball teams were 233-0 against non-Division I opponents. It’s apparently impossible for a Division II program to put on that Cinderella glass slipper and take down one of the big boys, right?
Wrong, and that was proven to us on Thursday, thanks to the Drexel Dragons coughing up a harsh one and University of the Sciences taking advantage.
Drexel came into this one riding a two-game winning streak, on a roll, so there was really no chance now that USciences could come away with the huge upset win, with the Dragons carrying a lot of momentum.
Well, after 27 points from senior Garrett Kerr, we were all proven wrong in that regard as USciences walked away with the narrow 54-52 win on Thursday night, stunning the college basketball world.
Oh, Drexel, this really is not a good look. Not a good look at all.
These two schools are located just about a mile from one another in Philadelphia as well, so let the trash talking begin.
You earned it, Devils.
