This Portland State basketball player is maybe the definition of a sore loser, but this might also be awesome at the same time.

In a basketball game if the lead is pretty much insurmountable in the waning moments, the team that’s ahead will generally be nice and dribble the clock out once the shot clock allows. Portland tried this display of sportsmanship against Portland State recently.

However, Portland State’s Bryce White was having none of their politeness of not running the score up.

Up by 14, all Portland was looking to do was dribble that clock out and get outta there with the win; that’s all they wanted to do, but White had another plan.

Faking as if he was conceding the defeat right then and there, White went in for a handshake before the game clock was cut. Thinking that the defeat was being conceded, the player with the ball in hand let his guard down.

That’s when White may have pulled out either the funniest move of all-time, or the move that makes him one of the sorest losers on the planet.

Although it really meant nothing, White steals the balls after faking the handshake then takes it the other end of the court for the dunk.

That dunk right there meant that Portland State lost by only 12 instead of 14.

Yep, totally worth it.
