Despite seemingly being prone to them, Browns tight end Jordan Cameron doesn’t seem to be too concerned about his concussions.
Cleveland Browns tight end Jordan Cameron is one of the more talented, young players at his position in the NFL, however he has had one problem the past few years and that’s been his concussions.
Well, we might see them as a problem, because he really doesn’t.
“I don’t think it’s a concern,” Cameron said via Ohio.com. “I wouldn’t play if it was.”
Naturally, too, Cameron is flat out frustrated that he can’t be out there with his team as they struggle throughout the course of the past few weeks.
“I just want to play,” Cameron said Friday after practice. “I’m just frustrated not being with my teammates and not being able to help the team. It’s a critical point in the season. We’re in December and in the playoff hunt, and I just want to be out there and help.”
That’s all well and good, but the fact of the matter is that whether he wants to admit it or not, he has a problem with concussions. He’s suffered three of them in the last two years, which is pretty less than ideal.
