Missouri hasn’t been able to do much offensively or defensively to challenge No. 1 Alabama in the SEC Championship Game and are in danger of getting blown out after the latest score from the Tide extended their lead to 18 points.
T.J. Yeldon scored on the first drive of the game when Alabama drove down the field as if they weren’t playing against a defense and after tight end O.J. Howard got the Tide on the precipice of the goal line, Yeldon punched it in for the second time, this one from two yards out to give Alabama a 21-3 lead moments before halftime.
The touchdown from Yeldon capped a 14-play, 75-yard drive that took 5:43 off the clock as Alabama continued to control the line of scrimmage and the game as they look to win their 23rd SEC Championship.
