The Kansas City Chiefs and the Arizona Cardinals are squaring off on Sunday in a match up of two teams vying for playoff spots. The Chiefs more desperately need a win to get back into the hunt while the Cardinals are trying to stop a bit of a skid since the injury to quarterback Carson Palmer.
Late in the second half the Chiefs got a huge play from wide receiver Dwayne Bowe on third and 19. Quarterback Alex Smith found Bowe on a short pass, who then took it 22 yards into the red zone for the first-down.
In the process, he had to hurdle a pair of Cardinals defenders at the same time. That play gave the Chiefs a first down and they scored a touchdown to extend their lead on the next play, when Smith found running back Jamaal Charles for an 18-yard touchdown pass.
We routinely see players get hurdled in college and professional football, but rarely do you see a player hurdle two players at the same time. Check it out below.
