After a few days of controversy, Big 12 commissioner Bob Bowlsby admitted that he would have voted TCU into the College Football Playoff.
As we found out on Sunday, there will be no team from the Big 12 in the first ever College Football Playoff after TCU was knocked out by Ohio State and Baylor continued to be left out in the cold. Of course, as you would expect, a good amount of the blame is being tossed on commissioner Bob Bowlsby.
But, if he had a vote, who would he have chosen as the representative from his conference in the playoff? In other words, which kid does he love more?
Well Bowlsby appeared on the Dan Patrick Show Monday and he made it immediately known that he would have given the Horned Frogs the nod.
Big 12 commish Bob Bowlsby says if he was a selection member he would have voted for TCU for 4th spot, not Baylor.

TCU was in the No. 3 position for a few weeks before Ohio State went out and battered Wisconsin in the Big Ten title game. As we know, Florida State was bumped up to three and Ohio State slid right into that last spot.
Baylor, despite defeating TCU head to head this season, has been criticized for their out of conference schedule which is less than favorable.
In the end, though, we can argue all the stats we want, but the fact of the matter is that if Bowlsby had a conference title game for his baby, then none of this would be talked about right now, probably.
