No. 4 – Adam Gase: Offensive coordinator, Denver Broncos

Gase is thought of as one of the best offensive minds in the NFL today. He’s been with the Broncos since 2009, serving as wide receiver coach, quarterback coach, and offensive coordinator since 2013.

Working with quarterback Peyton Manning for a few years is as good a preparation academy that any offensive coach can have, and the 36-year-old Gase has teamed up with the future Hall of Famer to put up some record numbers.

Manning’s career is (eventually) going to wind down, and the Broncos know that Gase is going to be in high demand for teams like the New York Jets, Oakland Raiders, and Atlanta Falcons who will all probably have coaching positions come available.

Look for Gase to get a number of interviews this offseason, and probably land a job, although his youth may be the one thing that teams shy away from.
