No. 3 – Darrell Bevell: Offensive coordinator, Seattle Seahawks

Bevell is probably going to be one of the hottest commodities in the league once the season is over.

His coaching pedigree includes working as a quarterbacks coach for the Green Bay Packers for several seasons, an offensive coordinator for the Minnesota Vikings, and the same position with the Seattle Seahawks since 2011, helping bring the team their first ever Super Bowl championship.

He has shown the flexibility to mold his system to the quarterback and other talent around him, rather than to force players to fit into a particular scheme or offensive style. That will go a long way in the eyes of teams who have young quarterbacks that need development.

Some possible destinations for Bevell could be the New York Jets, Miami Dolphins, Carolina Panthers or Washington Redskins. The only challenge facing Bevell is the same thing that held him back from potential jobs last season, which is the Seahawks playing late into January and into February.
