This is a very intriguing move that many agree as well as disagree with. It will give players a chance to play on one of the greatest basketball stages in the history of the game, but it will also have to be played a week early which is a concern for some coaches and schools. That being said, the decision is final and everything will begin going down in New York in 2018.
There will always be concerns about scheduling changes and what not, but at the end of the day there isn’t anything to be majorly concerned with. When everything is said and done this is simply moving to a bigger market and giving the players yet another memory for the basketball careers. It will be intriguing to see how everything works out in 2018 when the tournament officially moves to New York.
