There aren’t too many better vacation spots than the Bahamas, and the Central Michigan Chippewas are going to find that out after being selected to play in the Bahamas Bowl. It came down to playing in the Bahamas or in a bowl game hosted in Detroit, and the team went crazy after they saw they would be heading to the Bahamas.

Needless to say, that type of reaction is extremely normal for a team playing in Michigan that is getting to go to a place as nice as the Bahamas. They will be facing the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers in the Popeye’s Bahamas Bowl, and it is a matchup that many expect to be fairly entertaining.

Take a look at Central Michigan’s reaction to finding out that they would be heading to the Bahamas:

Obviously this isn’t going to be one of the more hyped up bowl games, but there are two quality football teams facing off against each other. Neither team should end up blowing out the other, and neither team is going to be pushed around either. They’re both very good football teams with a lot of heart, and they are going to leave everything that they have out on the field.

Enjoying a vacation in the Bahmas prior to the game will get both teams even more excited about the game.
