Jarvis Landry-WR-Miami Dolphins (33.6%)

The Dolphins offense sputtered last week against the Ravens as Miami went down  28-13 scoring just three points after the first quarter.  Landry did stay as involved as anyone though, still leading the team in targets with six and hauled them all in for a team-high six passes and 55 yards.

Landry has been on a roll lately catching at least five passes in each of the Dolphins last six games.  He has hauled in four touchdowns during that span while emerging as one of the better rookie receivers this season.  Landry is actually out-performing Mike Wallace at this point of the year and is a solid flex option in most matchups especially in PPR leagues.

The biggest obstacle for Landry to overcome is the fact that this week he’s in a tough matchup against the Patriots secondary which has been playing at an elite level. Week 16 and 17 the Dolphins face the Vikings and Jets at home which should make Landry a strong play for two-week finals, so stash him this week and deploy him next if you make it that far.

Landry is a safer pick than Wilson, but he doesn’t have the ceiling of the raw Bears’ WR. I see Landry still as an option at flex in PPR leagues this week, but he’s high-risk and low-ceiling against Darrell Revis, Brandon Browner, and company in Foxboro.
