NFL Power Rankings: 30 Best Running Backs of All-Time
By Bryce Olin
28. Thomas Jones
Thomas Jones was never really thought to be that good of a running back during his time in the league. Now that his career is over, it’s easy to see how undervalued he actually was.
Jones ranks 24th in total rushing yards with 10,591 yards and ahead of some really good running backs that get more credit than Jones ever did. Jones played for five teams in his 11 seasons, which is pretty ridiculous considering how consistent Jones actually was.
Jones was able to stay healthy for almost all of his career in the NFL unlike a lot more talented running backs than Jones.
