Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton was involved in a pretty serious car accident on Tuesday.

There is scary news coming out of Charlotte, North Carolina, Panthers quarterback Cam Newton was involved in a serious car accident and had to be taken away on a stretcher and in an ambulance.

Fortunately, there are reports from offices on the scene that say he was communicating and that he believes Newton will be fine. Still, Newton needs the thoughts and prayers of NFL fans right now.
