5 NFL Teams That Won’t Make the Playoffs

Which teams are sure to be on the outside looking into the NFL playoffs?
With just three weeks left in the NFL season, teams are starting to figure which seed or where they will be come playoff time. The good news for NFL fans is that both the AFC and the NFC have around nine teams that are contending for the six playoff spots. Over the past few years, one of the best decisions the NFL has made is to put divisional games in the past two weeks of the season.
Knowing that, every team in the race will need to play their best football in the next few weeks. The race to the playoffs is on for many teams. However, there are some teams that will not make the playoffs. Mathematically speaking, these five teams still have a chance to get into the postseason, but it will be incredibly difficult to do so. These five teams will not be playing January football this season.
