There are four solid streaming defenses that are available on most waiver wires this week.

Defense

  • For those of you streaming defenses, Baltimore is this week’s defense to stream. Blake Bortles has thrown a pick in four out of five of his last games. Bortles has also thrown for only two touchdowns in his last four games, making the Ravens a very favorable streaming option this week. They should be able to pressure Bortles into more bad decisions.
  • The New York Giants are coming off of two consecutive solid fantasy performances, posting 27 points this week and 11 points the week before. They continue the bad quarterback trend as they face Colt McCoy (Or possibly Robert Griffin III) and the Washington Redskins this week. The Giants last match up with Washington netted them 15 points, so if you have them, stick with them this week.
  • Seattle is back! If you have them, play them! After a shaky early season start, Seattle has finally settled in with the return of Bobby Wagner. You can bet that they will be playing hungry as they try and topple the Arizona Cardinals for first place in the NFC West.
  • Green Bay is another solid option this week. If all of your options are gone, grab Green Bay before starting someone like Buffalo, Miami, or San Diego. Kyle Orton is playing bad football these last two weeks, throwing two picks in the redzone last week. Don’t be surprised to see Micah Hyde snag a pick for Green Bay this week.
