I would give Kevin Durant, Serge Ibaka, and Russell Westbrook 100 games of perfect health.
(Ed. Note – Only 100? You MONSTER)
By Daniel Lewis
You’ve seen what happens when the Thunder have a healthy trio of Serge Ibaka, Russell Westbrook, and Kevin Durant – they’re capable of beating anyone, on any night. They play so well together, they have such great chemistry, and it’s clear that they play for each other, because they know it’ll result in wins.
They have a nice surrounding cast this season, with Steven Adams providing physical play and a herd of young defensive wings to rotate into the starting lineup. Nick Collison does Jayhawk-things off the bench, Kendrick Perkins goatee is in it’s finest evil form, and Anthony Morrow has been able to knock down shots when Durant is in the lineup.
But those guys aren’t really important. Sure, they are important for the Thunder to get to the Finals, but if they want to win a championship, just keep those three players healthy for 100 games.
