12. Vernon Gholston, DE

The New York Jets drafted Vernon Gholston sixth overall in the 2008 NFL Draft. Spoiler alert: Gholston is out of the league now.

After playing three seasons with the Jets, Gholston never recorded a sack for the Jets, despite playing defensive end and getting playing time on some good defenses. Even if Gholston didn’t try ever, you’d think he could walk into at least one sack. Well, he didn’t.

The Jets released Gholston, and he has yet to find another team.
