Fantasy Football: Eli Manning Top The Week 15 QB Streams
By Bruce Matson
With the playoffs in full effect for the majority of fantasy leagues, setting the correct roster will be crucial for your fantasy team this week. If you stream quarterbacks and play the match ups, then you are more likely at the edge of your seat researching to find the right candidate to add to your roster for this week. To help you make the right decision for your roster, I will evaluate some of the streamable quarterbacks for this week to help you make the right choice for your roster.
Eli Manning QB NYG
Eli has a solid matchup against the Redskins, who appear to be a dumpster fire right now. Eli has thrown for 3,340 yards on the year and 23 TDs look for him to increase these statistics this week. Rookie wide receiver Odell Beckham has rejuvenated Manning’s fantasy value and he appears to back to his old form. Manning is a strong steamer candidate this week if you are still playing the matchups in the playoffs.
Ryan Tannehill QB MIA
Tannehil is playing the Patriots this week, which will be a good match up for him. He’s going to have to throw the ball a lot to keep the game close. Tannehill passed for 176 yards and 2 TDs last time he faced the Patriots during week 1. Tannehil is averaging 234 yards a game, and has thrown a touchdown in every game this season. This game should be a shoot out, and Tannehill should be very productive for your fantasy team this week.
Ryan Fitzpatrick QB HOU
He has a big AFC South match up against the Colts this Sunday. The Colts are 22nd in the league against the pass, which is creates a great match up for Fitzpatrick. The Colts have a high-powered offense, and Fitzpatrick is going to have to throw a lot to keep up with them. I expect Fitzpatrick to throw for a couple of TDs and get at least 250 yards through the air.

Johnny Manziel QB CLE
Manziel makes his first career start this weekend at home against the Cincinnati Bengals. This isn’t a favorable match up for Manziel, but he’s going to get you fantasy points on the ground. Manziel scrambles a lot, and that’s going to transition to fantasy points. Manziel is risky this week because it’s his first career start, but there’s a decent chance he produces this week for your fantasy team.
Derek Anderson QB CAR
Anderson will be stepping in at QB for Cam Newton this week because he injured his back in a car accident on Tuesday. Anderson has a juicy match up against the Bucs, who are ranked 24th against the pass. Anderson had the opportunity of playing the Buccaneers during week 1, where he passed for 230 yards and 2 TDs. Even at 4-8-1, Carolina still has a chance to win the division, and they will do whatever they can to get a win this week against a 2-11 Buccaneers team. So, the Panthers are going to pull out all the stops when it comes to getting the win this week, which means Anderson will get opportunities to spread the ball around. Anderson is a risky start because we haven’t seen him play for a few months, but this match up against the Bucs makes him a good candidate to stream this week.
There are some good streaming options this week at quarterback, which is perfect timing for the playoffs. Also, if you play daily fantasy, then some of these options might be a good route for you, since a lot of these quarterbacks will be cheap options to plug into your line up. I think all these quarterbacks have high floors this week, which means they won’t kill your line up with a bad game.
