By Evan Massey
4. Dan Marino
1983-1999
61,361 Yards, 420 Touchdowns, 252 Interceptions
Dan Marino is a name that always comes up when talking about the best quarterbacks to play the game, and he ends up here at number four. He was the last true franchise quarterback that the Miami Dolphins have had, and they have struggled ever since he left. While he was in Miami, however, he was able to lead them to quite a few competitive seasons, and an unfortunate Super Bowl loss.
He was selected to the Pro Bowl nine times throughout his career, and was a three-time first team All-Pro. Marino was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2005, which was the final chapter in his legacy. Not only did he win a lot of football games in his career, he also won the 1984 Most Valuable Player Award.
Marino finished his career with a 155-103 record overall and an 8-10 record in the playoffs. His best season came in 1984, which was his second season in the NFL, when he threw for 5,084 yards, 48 touchdowns, and 17 interceptions.
