All season long there has been talk of the St. Louis Rams and the San Diego Chargers pondering a move out of their current markets and into the massive market of Los Angeles. That’s something that has been talked about before in the NFL but it hasn’t garnered this much steam or been talked about this loudly before.
According to NFL scribe Jason Cole, the St. Louis Rams and San Diego Chargers are ‘in a race’ to move to Los Angeles.
While the Rams seem to be the frontrunners to move, the Chargers are less rambunctious about their intentions to ditch San Diego for the bright lights of LA.
Of course, there’s always the Raiders to consider, who have been in Los Angeles in the past but don’t feel as though they can move back on their own. Should the Rams or Chargers move to the Los Angeles area, that could be a domino that also prompts the Raiders to move back as well.
It’s sounding more and more like a team will move Los Angeles sooner rather than later and it could ultimately be two teams rather than just one.
