The Kentucky Wildcats are still considered the unquestioned best in college basketball by the AP Poll voters.
We’re entering Week 6 of the college basketball season and the most recent AP Poll was released on Monday. Of course, as you would expect, the Kentucky Wildcats are still considered the best team in the land.
This past weekend John Calipari and his team welcomed in the North Carolina Tar Heels, and once again it was an easy outing for the national power. From start to finish in this one, Kentucky dominated the Tar Heels and still look as if they have the tools to finish the season unbeaten heading into the NCAA Tournament. Their quest for history continues.
The only other significant change in the Top 10 was the Gonzaga Bulldogs moving up to No. 8 from their No. 9 spot. Other than that, everything pretty much stayed put this week near the top.
Here is a look at the complete Week 6 college basketball AP Poll.
