After another Sunday in the books (we’re starting to run out of these by the way) we overreact to some big things that happened in Week 15 of the NFL.

Fifteen weeks down, two weeks to go.  While the playoff picture begins to finally take shape, we bid farewell to those who will not be joining the January festivities and instead will be home watching everyone do better than them.

This farewell is particularly meant for the San Francisco 49ers, who after being overrated all season, underachieved and are heading where they belong: on the list of teams that were supposed to be good for a long while and could never fully put it together.

Their “Quest for Six” has been put on hold more times than I put Ken Burn’s Baseball on pause and rejected more times than I was in high school.

(Okay, back on track now…)

If there’s anything we can say to the Niners and especially quarterback Colin Kaepernick it’s this: grow up, learn to read your secondary option, let alone know your keys and start making the key plays, not just the big ones.

With that said, click next and let’s take a look back at the week that was in the National Football League.
