The Oklahoma City Thunder seem to be turning a corner this season, and Russell Westbrook knows the sky is the limit — literally.
Russell Westbrook is not a tall man, but he’s a man who has some pretty incredible hops that he put on full display last night against the Phoenix Suns. Westbrook was hot off the Thunder win over the Cleveland Cavaliers on Thursday in which he went off on Kyrie Irving and the Cavs.

He was still fired up on Sunday night, as made evident by his impressive jump ball victory over a center who is much, much taller than Westbrook is.
Westbrook may not be a tall man but he’s a man who can grab a jump ball against just about anyone when he needs to.
It’s not often that you see a point guard out jump a center, but height against hops isn’t always a sure thing. Then again, not all point guards in the NBA are like Westbrook, as he has the ability to disappoint fans so tremendously one week and follow it up with a brilliant string of games.
That’s the case at the moment for Westbrook and this jump ball victory is just the latest highlight in a long reel for Russell Westbrook.
