The San Diego Chargers won’t be moving to Los Angeles in 2015 as they announce they won’t be terminating their lease with Qualcomm Stadium.

NFL relocation is a hot topic as of late, and there were reports that multiple teams could be heading to Los Angeles as soon as 2015. One of the teams that was considered a potential candidate to move to Los Angeles was the San Diego Chargers.
That won’t be the case as the team announced on Tuesday night their intentions to not terminate their lease at their home stadium, announcing their commitment to continue working with the city.

In the reports about multiple teams the most likely candidates were the Oakland Raiders and the St. Louis Rams, so the Chargers were an outsider from the beginning.
Still, it is one less potential team to move to Los Angeles.
