Addressing the biggest needs for all 32 NFL Teams
Rarely, if ever, do we stop and think about the offseason for teams in the middle of a playoff chase, but that’s exactly what I want to do, along with all the other teams in the league.
I’m still incredibly involved and excited about this NFL season, but I think it’s also important to realize some teams are already playing for next season, and some players are playing for their jobs the last few weeks of the season.

Through 14 games, the sample size is finally big enough to truly start evaluating teams and find ways they can improve.
With how close the playoff race is right now, it’s also much easier to evaluate team’s needs for next season by examining their weaknesses, especially those weaknesses that will keep teams out of the playoffs, and how they are playing down the stretch.
Over the offseason, there’s time to forget all the bad from this season, but it has to be acknowledged and addressed before teams can move on this offseason.
