In most leagues, week 16 is champsionship week for fantasy football season. With the games meaning more, making sure you’re lineup is set is even more important. It’s bad timing for injuries to hit, but there are definitely owners adjusting their lineups due to injuries.  As you fill out your championship lineup, here is the week 16 injury update on all the fantasy relevant injuries.

Running Backs

DeMarco Murray-Dallas Cowboys: Murray, who has been one of the fantasy MVP candidates this year, is listed as questionable after hand surgery earlier this week.  He’s definitely trending toward playing and it would be very surprising if he wasn’t active Sunday against Indianapolis.

Eddie Lacy-Green Bay Packers: Lacy is listed as probable for Sunday with an eye issue.  He may or may not go Eric Dickerson style with the goggles, but either way he’s a RB1 against the Bucs.

Frank Gore-San Francisco 49ers: Gore is questionable for Saturday’s game against San Diego after a limited practice Friday coming off a concussion.  With Carlos Hyde already ruled out, look for Gore to do all he can to give it a go, but if not Afonso Smith and Phillip Tanner would be next up for the ‘Niners.

C.J. Spiller-Buffalo Bills: Spiller is listed as probable after being activated off of IR.  His role is still murky, but Spiller has a chance to show he’s recovered and ready for next year in the next two weeks as the Bills battle for  a playoff spot.

Ryan Mathews-San Diego Chargers: Mathews is listed as out for Saturday’s game and finishes his disappointing fantasy season with another ankle injury.

Rashad Jennings-New York Giants: Jennings has been ruled out of Sunday’s game against St. Louis, so Andre Williams is an interesting play while Jennings can be dropped in all re-draft leagues.

DeAngelo Williams-Carolina Panthers: Williams is out for Sunday even though he’s listed as questionable.  Jonathan Stewart will again be the primary back for Carolina.

LeGarrette Blount-New England Patriots: Blount is listed as questionable for Sunday with a shoulder injury.  He most likely will play, but owners do need to be aware of the injury since it may lead to lower usage rates in a bad matchup against the Jets.

Wide Receivers

Julio Jones-Atlanta Falcons: Jones is going to be a gametime decision for the second week in a row.  If he’s active, you have to play him, but we won’t know until Sunday morning for sure whether Jones will suit up or sit out.

A.J. Green-Cincinnati Bengals: Green was back in practice on Friday and will be a full go for Monday Night’s game in Denver.

T.Y. Hilton-Indianapolis Colts: Hilton is questionable but most Colts writers expect him to not play this week in Dallas.  If he is active, he needs to be in your lineup, but make sure to have another plan just in case.

Andre Johnson-Houston Texans: Johnson is listed as probable for Sunday and will work with new QB Case Keenum making him a high-risk play.

DeAndre Hopkins-Houston Texans: Like Andre Johnson, Hopkins will be wokring with a new QB on Sunday if he’s able to get on the field.  He’s missed three straight days of practice this week and is listed as questionable.  He’ll be a gametime decision, so check inactives and go in a different direction if possible.

Michael Crabtree-San Francisco 49ers: Crabtree is listed as questionable but looks like he’ll play today against San Diego. Check inactives to make sure, but it looks like he’ll take the field on Saturday Night Football.

Quarterbacks

Peyton Manning-Denver Broncos: Manning is back to practice and good to go for Monday Night Football against the Bengals.

Cam Newton-Carolina Panthers: Newton is probable and expected to start against a tough Cleveland defense on Sunday.  He missed last week after a back injury from a car accident, but Coach Ron Rivera is confident he’ll play this week.

Drew Stanton-Arizona Cardinals: Stanton could be active as a backup to Ryan Lindley but won’t start so needs to be out of your fantasy roster.

Tight Ends

Kyle Rudolph-Minnesota Vikings: Rudolph is doubtful for this week and will miss another game in an injury-filled season.

Charles Clay-Miami Dolphins: Clay has been battling injury all season but is listed as probable for week 16.  He’s a fringe TE1, but hopefully you have a better option to start in your championship.

Tony Moeaki-Seattle Seahawks: Moeaki is expected to be a gametime decision on Sunday, and if he’s active he’ll split the work with Luke Wilson leaving them both unusable in fantasy football.
