The Seahawks’ first touchdown on Sunday night vs the Cardinals came on a pretty big play from Russell Wilson.
The huge showdown between the Seattle Seahawks and the Arizona Cardinals is underway on Sunday night, and the first big play was brought to us by the Seahawks’ offense.
It was a pretty slow start in this one for the Seahawks, but in the second quarter, they were able to get themselves on the scoreboard.
Down 3-0 to the Cardinals, Russell Wilson was able to make the magic work again as he found Luke Wilson for this 80-yard strike to give the defending champs the lead.
Now that was the big play that Seattle needed to get this offense rolling, and now they might not be able to be stopped. Once these guys get going in a rhythm, that’s when they’re most dangerous.
While both of these teams are headed for the playoffs, there is still a lot of NFC West pride on the line, so we should see a few more of these big plays going forward.
Although, it definitely helps that the Seahawks aren’t down to their third-string quarterback.
