With just two weeks to go in the 2014 NFL regular season, we overreact and take a look back at the weekend that was. Because the NFL decided for some reason to play games on a Saturday as well.
If there was any hint that God may be a Packers fan after all, ask the seven people who were struck by lightning after the Packers-Bucs game on Sunday.
That little side event is just one of many storylines in a Week 16 that included an awesome, and expected team fight in St. Louis, the Raiders ending the playoff hopes of another team, the Raiders cross-Bay rivals mailing in the end of the season at the end of a game with the lead and the Bears having immense buyer’s remorse in Jimmy Clausen.
The Cowboys won the NFC East (no, that is not a typo) and are continuing to stay hot in the month of December (we don’t think it’s rigged, but you never know really) and the Seahawks could be the only thing in their way of Super Bowl XLIX.
So considering the Christmas holiday is finally upon us and you’re probably not shopping since, well, you’re reading this, sit back, try to remember the week that was and let’s revisit Week 16 in the NFL.
