Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel doesn’t believe he should have left his famous “money sign” celebration in college.
Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel didn’t have a lot of highlights during his rookie season, but he did get in the end zone once.
After that lone touchdown, a 10-yard rush in Week 13 against the Buffalo Bills, Manziel did his famous “money sign” celebration.
However, considering how much Manziel struggled during his rookie season and how the “money sign” celebration has been used against him at the hands of those who have sacked him, there have been some who have suggested Manziel should have left the celebration in college. Manziel said Tuesday that he disagrees with that point of view.
#Browns Manziel on money sign: "No, I don't regret that. It's a part of who I was in college. You can't suck all the fun out of this game.'

While Manziel is comfortable keeping the “money sign” from his Texas A&M days, it appears he wanted to get rid of the mindset he had in college during his first NFL season.
#Browns QB Johnny Manziel: "Still had a college mindset a little bit and that is absolutely faded from my mind."

Manziel appeared in five games this season and was 18-of-35 for 175 yards with zero touchdowns and two interceptions.
